Flutes and More is a flute choir located in Ames, Iowa. Our members include, Iowa State alumni, students, professors and Ames and Nevada residents. We rehearse 7:00pm Thursdays at the Collegiate Methodist Church in Ames or Mondays at the home of one of our members. We have played professionally for weddings, dinner functions and Muscatine High School's diversity day. We play a Christmas program each year at the Ames Public Library. We perform a variety of music styles and difficulty levels. Our group utilizes different instruments including, piccolo, C flute, alto flute, bass flute and piano and guitar accompaniment.
